Site Rules - by using this site you agree to abide by the rules listed below. Only those who are buying at Bayview or the developer or agents will be allowed access to the members area. When registering you must put your full name, address and plot number at Bayview on your profile. This will be sent to the Bayview team for verification and by registering on this forum you agree that your information may be shared in this way. If you do not agree you will not be allowed to sign in.
This is an interactive site and is designed to benefit those who use it. Please consider others as you would wish to be considered yourself. Personal attacks are not acceptable and you should refrain from insulting remarks.
Sexually explicit, racist, obscene or vulgar grahics, behaviour or language will not be accepted. Anyone using inappropriate language or making inappropriate comments or posting inapproporiate graphics will be barred from the site.
Links to sites which contain sexually explicit, racist, obscene or vulgar content or illegal content will be removed.
Please do not divulge personal information which you would normally keep secret.
