Purchasing property at Bayview gives benefits which you do not enjoy at other locations in St Lucia or even many other Caribbean islands.
The site will be a gated community with full security. This is not the case at Cap Estate where properties are more expensive but also more vulnerable.
Views from the first row of Section C are excellent with many villas having both Caribbean and Atlantic views. Some of the villas in this section have views also of Martinique and are some of the best in St Lucia.
Higher up, where the plots are now available for sale the views are even more spectacular and whoever is fortunate to purchase at the very top of the site will have panoramic views over the whole of the North of St Lucia and full Atlantic and Caribbean views and the whole of Martinique will be visible, making this in our opinion the best view in the whole of the Caribbean.
The Bayview site is quiet and peaceful and anyone visiting the site will appreciate the silence. Although only a few minutes from the amenities at Rodney Bay and Rodney Bay Marina, the site is positioned far enough from the Gros Islet Highway to have no traffic noise whatsoever. The road from the main highway was recently upgraded for the Cricket World Cup so is in very good condition and not blighted by the potholes which appear elsewhere, so getting there is easy.
When complete the site will have a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts and practice putting green, play area for children, swim up bar, spa, and that all-important security entrance.
Restaurants, bars and the excellent Reduit beach are nearby at Rodney Bay but many other excellent restaurants and bars can be found within easy travelling distance.
