This site has been devised and created with the aim of bringing together purchasers and prospective purchasers of property at the Bayview Estate, Gros Islet, St Lucia. We all share the dream of owning a house in this beautiful spot and look forward to spending many happy days here in the sun.
The site has been developed without any outside funding and has no connection with the developer of Bayview or of any of the selling agents involved but we do hope to have some promotional material in the very near future. Any sites shown in the links section are there as guides to the properties and are those previously used by us and which we would recommend to purchasers. Other links may be added following submission through the forum but only after vetting.
The purpose of the site is to gather views, comments, photos etc. from those who have bought at Bayview and to share our thoughts and experiences of dealing with the developer.
The developer has said an owners association would be formed when 51% of units were occupied, but we think that there is no reason why purchasers shouldn't get together before then to meet up and get to know each other as we will all be living nearby or sharing holiday homes near to each other and we can all help to foster an idyllic homely resort community where we can meet up and enjoy each other's company having been closely involved in the various stages of the development.
