Set on a 35 acre hillside, BayView Resort Village will be a gated community of 120 villas, mostly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Mahoe or Tamarind villa, with a choice also of the Cordia 2 bed duplex or Obi 1 bed semi-detached. All villas will be built to American finishing standards and constructed of reinforced concrete to withstand hurricane force winds, and all will have a 10 year structural warranty. Villas will have designer kitchens with built in microwave, hi-cube refrigerator, a range with self-cleaning oven and preparation for an ice maker hook-up.
Gardens will be landscaped and villas on higher sections will have views of the Caribbean sea or Atlantic ocean or both and will look out over Pigeon Island and Martinique. The Beausejour cricket ground is adjacent to the site so you could find yourself on your own balcony watching a cricket match. The resort will have a large pool, swim up bar, tennis court, club lounge and bar, restaurant, gym and a 3 hole practice golf course. A shuttle bus will operate to nearby beaches and to Rodney Bay. The site is situated near Gros Islet where the famous Friday night jump up takes place, and within easy travelling distance of Rodney Bay where there is an excellent beach and many restaurants and bars and the recenty upgraded marina. Rodney Bay has supermarkets and there is a recently constructed casino for any gamblers amongst you. The developer, Island Construction Corp of Miami,has said an owners association would be formed when 51% of units were occupied, but we think that there is no reason why purchasers shouldn't get together before then to meet up and get to know each other as we will all be living nearbyor sharing holiday homes near to each other and we can all help to foster an idyllic homely resort community where we can meet up and enjoy each other's company having been closely involved in the various stages of the development.
